1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the ICB Claims website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

ICB Claims is a claims management company providing:

  • Accident claims management services
  • Vehicle recovery and transportation
  • Replacement vehicle hire
  • Vehicle repair coordination
  • Personal injury claim support

3. No Win, No Fee Agreement

3.1 Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA)

Our legal services operate on a “No Win, No Fee” basis, which means:

  • You pay no upfront legal fees
  • If your claim is unsuccessful, you pay nothing to us
  • If your claim is successful, we deduct a success fee from your compensation

3.2 Success Fee

The success fee covers our legal costs and is capped at:

  • Maximum 25% of your compensation (including VAT)
  • Subject to legal maximums set by UK law
  • Fully explained before you sign any agreement

3.3 Costs We Cover

Our No Win, No Fee agreement covers:

  • Legal representation costs
  • Medical report fees
  • Court fees (if applicable)
  • Investigation costs

4. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be involved in a non-fault accident
  • Have suffered injury or vehicle damage
  • Start your claim within 3 years of the accident date
  • Provide truthful and accurate information

5. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Cooperate fully with our investigations
  • Attend medical assessments if required
  • Respond promptly to communications
  • Not make false or exaggerated claims
  • Notify us of any changes to your circumstances

6. Our Obligations

We commit to:

  • Provide professional and courteous service
  • Keep you informed of your claim’s progress
  • Act in your best interests at all times
  • Maintain confidentiality of your information
  • Explain all costs and fees clearly

7. Accident Management Services

7.1 Vehicle Recovery

  • Available 24/7 across the UK
  • Costs claimed from at-fault insurer
  • Secure storage provided

7.2 Replacement Vehicles

  • Like-for-like vehicle provided
  • Subject to availability
  • Valid UK driving license required
  • Costs recovered from at-fault insurer

7.3 Vehicle Repairs

  • BSI Kitemark accredited repair centres
  • Manufacturer-approved parts used
  • Repairs guaranteed
  • Costs claimed from at-fault insurer

8. Limitation of Liability

ICB Claims is not liable for:

  • Outcomes we cannot control (e.g., court decisions)
  • Delays caused by third parties (insurers, courts)
  • Information provided by third parties
  • Loss of earnings or business opportunities

Exception: This does not limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

9. Termination

9.1 Your Right to Cancel

You may terminate our services at any time by written notice. However:

  • You remain responsible for costs incurred up to termination
  • We may retain files and documents as required by law

9.2 Our Right to Terminate

We may terminate services if:

  • You provide false information
  • You fail to cooperate
  • Your claim becomes unviable
  • There is a conflict of interest
